Machen Sie mit mir eine Reise durch Länder, Kontinente, verschiedene Geschmäcker, Gewürze und Gerichte. Jedes Menü entsteht bei mir im Kopf während der Arbeit am Herd. Die Spannung ist für mich genauso groß wie für Sie am Tisch, denn keiner von uns weiß was in den Pfannen entsteht und wie Sie es am Ende auf dem Teller von uns serviert bekommen.

Für mich ist es "Kunst" Sie mit spannenden Gerichten und aussergewöhnlichen Dekorationen einen Abend lang zu verwöhnen. Unsere Menüs sind daher meist einzigartig und können fast nicht wiederholt werden.

Un viaje de paises, continentes, diferentes sabores, especias y olores. Cada menú crece en mi cabeza durante yo cocino. Para mi es la misma sorpresa como para ustedes, porque ni yo se que nace en las sartenes y que van a tener ustedes al final en sus platos.

Esto es para mi el arte de esta aventura, para mimar a ustedes con nuesras comidas y decoraciones. Por esto nuestro menú dicen, son unicos y muy dificiles para volver hacer lo mismo otra vez mas.

Travel with us through different countries and continents and experience their flavours, spices and aromas. Each menu begins in my head while I cook. It is as surprising for me as it is for you, because even I don´t know what will be created in the pans until it is completed and served to you.

For me this is the beauty of this adventure, to see you enjoying our food in our restaurant. This is the reason why people often say that our menus are unique and very difficult to reproduce again.
